Seriously?

Are people just not creative anymore? I have seen this before with a girls face but never the entire picture pretty much.

I believe Ruth Frances Long was the first to use the model. But this is ridiculous. They all have wooded backgrounds! Creativity goes a long way. This kind of stuff bothers me :(
